What is SECCAP?
The Sindh Electronic Centralized College Admission Program (SECCAP) is the official online application system, managed by the Sindh Education and Literacy Department.
SECCAP helps students who have passed Matriculation (SSC) to submit their applications for 11th class (1st Year) admission in government colleges all over Sindh. The portal is accessible at seccap.online. Students can access the college allotment result and SECCAP Merit List directly on the portal after completing application form submission.
Centralized System
Apply to multiple government colleges in Sindh through a single application form. No need to visit each college separately.
Merit-Based Allocation
Seats are allocated purely based on academic performance, preferences, and available seats — completely transparent.
Digital & Online
Real-time application status, digital ID card, and online merit list check — all accessible from your phone or computer.
Zone-Based System
A+ and A grade students can apply to any college in Sindh. B to E grade students apply within their residential zone.
How to Apply — Step by Step
Follow these steps carefully to complete your SECCAP admission application for 2026-27.
Visit Official Portal
Go to seccap.online — the official SECCAP portal. Click “Apply Online” and choose “New Application”.
Enter Academic Information
Fill in your 9th class roll number, passing year, and board name to auto-fill your academic details in the system.
Fill Personal Details
Enter your name, father’s name, CNIC/B-Form, mobile number and email. Double-check all spellings — errors cause validation failures.
Choose Group & College Preferences
Select your faculty (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Commerce, Computer Science, or Humanities) and add multiple college preferences in order. More colleges = better chances.
Upload Documents
Upload clear scans of your certificate, photograph, and ID. Blurry or unclear documents may cause rejection.
Submit Before Deadline
Review all details carefully and submit your form before July 15, 2026. Applications are not accepted after the deadline.
Save Your Form Number
Print or save your confirmation receipt and note your Form Number. You will need it to check status, download merit list results, and log in again.
Who Can Apply?
Check if you are eligible for SECCAP 2026-27 admission.
✅ Eligible Students
- Passed Matriculation (SSC Part II) or O-Level equivalent between 2022 and 2026
- Domicile of Sindh / PRC holder
- Age not more than 18 years
- No gap of more than five years since passing Matric
- O-Level students with valid IBCC equivalence certificate
❌ Ineligible Students
- Failed in more than two subjects in Matric
- Previously enrolled in 1st Year without cancellation first
- Students who did not appear in Matric exam
- Non-Sindh domicile holders (for government colleges)

SECCAP Admission Phases
SECCAP admissions happen in multiple phases. Always apply in Phase 1 for the best selection.
Primary Application Window
Most of the seats are filled in this phase. Merit list is released 7 days after the last date. All students should apply in Phase 1 to maximize chances.
For Remaining Seats
For students who could not get admission in Phase 1. Only announced if unfilled seats are available after Phase 1.
Last Chance
The last chance for students, only if seats remain empty in colleges. Deadline typically falls in August. Direct college applications for remaining seats.

SSC Certificate
Matric certificate required for admission verification.
Detail Marks Sheet
Provisional certificate or marks sheet of your most recent exam.
Character Certificate
From last institution. If private candidate, from a Gazetted Officer.
Domicile / PRC
Proof of permanent residence in Sindh / Karachi.
CNIC / B-Form
Your own or father’s CNIC, or B-Form for underage applicants.
Passport Photos
Recent passport-size colored photographs.
Mobile & Email
Valid active mobile number and email for OTP verification.
IBCC Equivalence
Mandatory for O-Level students to convert grades to percentage.
